ALL PACKAGES BEING SHIPPED ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY UNITED STATES CUSTOMS AND BELIZE CUSTOMS OR ANY POINT OF ENTRY OR RELEVANT AUTHORITIES (NO EXCEPTIONS). IT IS PROHIBITED to put cash, monetary instruments, firearms, drugs, jewelry, liquor, pornographic magazines, video tapes, CDs, in packages being shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that packages and contents within boxes, barrels, etc. being shipped are properly packed, taped, and secured. JTF BZE LLC is not responsible for damages to packages and furniture that are not adequately packed. Furthermore, JTF BZE LLC is not responsible for items exceeding a value of US $100.00 per box, that are not declared. If the sum exceeds US $100.00, original receipts of goods must be presented at time of shipment and an 10% insurance cost will be charged. If customers do not wish to pay the insurance cost, the maximum liability of JTF BZE LLC in the event of loss or damage will be US $50.00 per box, barrel or item. In case of a natural disaster, loss of container, accident, or the like, the maximum liability of JTF BZE LLC will be US $50.00 per box, barrel or item being shipped. JTF BZE LTD is not responsible for delays caused due to trans-shipment logistics. Customers must make claims of loss of items or damages in writing to JTF BZE LLC within 48 hours of receiving these goods. JTF BZE LTD will not be responsible after 48 hours if we do not receive a written claim within that period. JTF BZE LTD will not be responsible for items unclaimed more than 30 days. A fee of $1.00 per day will be charged after 30 days and after 90 days, JTF BZE LLC will sell these items to recover shipping and storage costs.
