SUBJECT: Terms and Conditions of Shipping Service

This Memorandum outlines the binding terms governing all shipping services provided by JTF BZE LLC  ("Carrier"). By using our services, you ("Customer") agree to these terms in full.

1. Inspection Authority: All shipments are subject to inspection by the U.S. Customs, Belize Customs, or any authority at any point.  No exceptions.

2. Prohibited Items: You are strictly prohibited from shipping the following: cash, monetary instruments, firearms, drugs, jewelry, liquor, pornography(in media form), or any other illegal or restricted items.

3.  Customer Packing Responsibility: You are solely responsible for properly packing, taping, and securing all items.  Carrier is not liable for any damage to inadequately packed items, including furniture.

4. Liability Limits & Insurance: 

* Default Liability: Carrier's maximum liability for loss or damage to any box, barrel, or item is

 US $50.00 ** unless the insurance requirement below is met.

*  **Items Over  US $100.00 value: You must  declare any item or collective contents per box exceeding US $100.00 and present original receipts at shipment.

* * Insurance Option: * For declared items over $100.00 you must pay a 10% insurance charge based on the declared value. If you decline this insurance, the $50.00 maximum liability per item/box applies.

* * Special Circumstances. *In cases of natural disaster., loss of container, accident, or similar events, Carrier's Liability is strictly limited to *US $50.00 per box, barrel, or item*, regardless of declared value  or insurance.

5. No Liability for Delays:  Carrier is not responsible for any delays caused by trans-shipment, logistics, customs, or any other third-party actions.

6. Claim Requirements:  You must report any loss or damage in writing to Carrier within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. No claim will be honored if a written notice is not received within this 48-hour  period.

7.  Unclaimed Items: You must claim shipments within 30 days of notification.  After 30 days a storage fee of $1.00 per day will apply. After 90 days, Carrier may sell any unclaimed items to recover all shipping, storage, related costs without further notice.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT 

By tendering any shipment to JTF BZE LLC, Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this memorandum.  These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding liability and supersede any prior discussions or representations.
